355 nm UV marking for fine details and product identification
Hightech’s UV laser marking machine uses a 355 nm laser source for fine surface marking on compatible metal and non-metal products. Its specifications include 3–10 W laser power, a 100 × 100 mm marking range and a marking line width of ≤0.01 mm. EZCAD software supports automatic serial numbers and production dates for product identification. Applications include glassware, LCD glass QR codes, plastic buttons, coated metal surfaces and electronic components. The 100 × 100 mm marking range provides a defined area for text, graphics and codes. The machine is specified with a minimum character size of 0.2 mm, repetition accuracy of ±0.003 mm and marking depth of ≤0.01 mm. These parameters support fine surface detail rather than a claim of deep engraving. Marking line speed is specified at 7000 mm/s.
