- Equipped with a planer-type cutting blade for clean, debris-free cutting and reduced noise. The blade uses solid carbide inserts, offering low cost and stable cutting performance. The blade system is easy to replace and built for a long service life.
- Upgraded arc bender with a thinner bending copper shaft. The new design gives the bender a wider range of motion, allowing it to bend smaller curves and create more complex letter shapes/fonts.
- The upgraded clamp’s back plate is fitted with a carbide insert, greatly extending the back plate’s service life.
- Closed-loop detection system ensures precise feed length control, keeping the deviation between the finished product and the original file within ≤0.1mm.
- The feed roller is more stable, with an easier-to-adjust structure and improved durability. It features built-in ball bearings, reducing resistance for smoother, more consistent feeding.
- The material guide plate is easy to remove, making material retrieval and maintenance simple.

Introducing the HTS1 Channel Letter Bending Machine
The HTS1 is an automatic aluminum channel letter bending machine for producing trimless and trim-cap letter returns. It accepts PLT and DXF files and processes flat aluminum from 0.3 to 0.8 mm thick and up to 100 mm high.
This model is best suited to sign shops that primarily work with aluminum and require a minimum bending radius of R5 mm for smaller curves and detailed letter shapes.
