The HT R6 includes an auto lubrication system for guide rail maintenance, which helps reduce the risk of dry running and accuracy loss. Its dust collector also helps control debris during cutting, but operators should still check lubrication levels and clean the rails regularly for long-term precision.
The HT R6 uses a vacuum pump working table to hold acrylic, wood, MDF, PVC, and similar sheets securely during processing. For very small or irregular pieces, using proper spoilboard setup, gasketing, tabs, or auxiliary fixtures is recommended to prevent movement during high-speed cutting.
