Compact CNC routing and engraving
The HT R1 Q is a 6090 CNC router engraving machine with a 600 × 900 mm working bed and a specified working size of 600 × 900 × 80 mm. It cuts and engraves wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate, ACP and aluminium using a 2.2 kW water-cooled spindle, with vacuum workholding to secure material during machining. Its compact format suits small and medium workshops that need CNC cutting and engraving within this working area. Water cooled spindle and vacuum workholding
The 2.2 kW water-cooled spindle handles the cutting and engraving work. A vacuum grid bed and 2.2 kW vacuum pump hold sheets in place during routing, while the grid distributes suction across the table.Guided axis movement
The X and Y axes use 20 mm square linear guides, while the Z axis uses a TBI ball screw. The machine uses stepper motors and Leadshine drivers. Automatic lubrication oils the rails at programmed intervals, and adjustable support feet allow the machine to be levelled during installation.MDR CNC control and file compatibility
MDR CNC Router Control Software supports multi-layer 3D processing for engraving and cutting. The NV103A control system is paired with a wireless DSP handle.
