AB Glue 200ml New Formula is a fast adhesive and accelerator system designed for bonding parts used in sign making and channel letter production. The set includes Glue A, the main instant adhesive, and Accelerator B, which helps the bond set faster.
The two components are applied separately and do not need to be mixed. This adhesive system is suitable for bonding acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, trim cap, aluminum, wood, MDF, glass, ceramics, and stone.

How to Use Glue A and Accelerator B
Step 1: Prepare the Surfaces
Clean and dry both surfaces. Remove any oil, grease, dust, or other contamination that could affect bonding.
Step 2: Apply Glue A
Apply a small amount of Glue A to one of the surfaces. Avoid using more adhesive than necessary.
Step 3: Join the Parts
Position and press the parts together. If necessary, use magnets, clamps, or another holding tool to keep them correctly aligned.
Step 4: Apply Accelerator B
Spray a small amount of Accelerator B onto the bonding area to accelerate the initial setting of the adhesive.
Step 5: Allow the Bond to Develop
Do not move the parts or place the joint under load until sufficient bonding strength has developed.
Important: Do not mix Glue A and Accelerator B before application. They are designed to be applied separately.

Working Time is the short period available for positioning the parts correctly. Fixture Time indicates when the joint reaches initial stability. The bond develops approximately 80% of its strength within 10 minutes; however, this should not be considered the full curing time.
Actual bonding performance may vary depending on the material, surface condition, adhesive quantity, temperature, and working environment.

- Store Glue A and Accelerator B in a cool, dry place.
- Keep both containers tightly closed when not in use.
- Protect them from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
- Keep both components in their original containers.
- Keep away from children and unauthorized users.
- Do not store near heat or ignition sources.
