What do the advertised prices include?
The factory campaign price covers the confirmed production-line bundle. For supported countries, an estimated price including shipping may also be provided. Final shipping and total cost are confirmed in your quotation.
What if my country is not listed for shipping?
Contact us for a shipping estimate. Hightech sales will confirm the available shipping option and final price for your destination in the quotation.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is 30% deposit to confirm the order and the remaining 70% before shipment.
What is the warranty?
All machines include a two-year warranty. Consumable parts are excluded from warranty coverage.
How long will production and delivery take?
Production normally takes 15–20 working days after the deposit. Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance and local conditions.
Is installation, training and technical support available?
24/7 remote technical support and training are included. Onsite installation and training may be arranged in selected countries at additional cost.
What preparations are required before the machines arrive?
Prepare the correct electrical supply, breakers, wiring, grounding, ventilation, air supply, cooling requirements and suitable workspace for each machine. Final site requirements are confirmed before shipment.
Can the machine size, laser power or configuration be changed?
Yes. Machine size, laser power and configuration may be changed. Any configuration and price differences are confirmed through a quotation.
